Panasonic car stereo

Step 1 - Disconnect the negative cable from the car battery to shut off electrical power while you are working. Alternatively, you can disconnect the power cable from the amplifier to the car battery by unscrewing the wire from the amplifier post and bending it aside, but you'll have to be careful not to brush against the wire while you're working.

Step 2 - Connect the Panasonic car stereo to the wiring harness using the plug on the back of the Panasonic unit. This plug snaps into the wiring harness plug behind the dashboard.

Step 3 - Connect the RCA cable plug to the jack in the other end of the wiring harness.

Step 4 - Plug the opposite end of the RCA cable into the input jack of the amplifier.

Step 5 - Reconnect the negative cable to the car battery or reattach the power wire to the amplifier, and then turn on the Panasonic car stereo to test its operation.
