    TonWon, I found a list of several auto auction and government seized web sites. These sites probabaly have a FAQ page to help you. However they cost a small fee to join, but I couldn’t find any free resources online. Since the vehicles are always being sold, your signup fee is probably used to employ people to keep the site up to date.

    One car is sold every 60 seconds. You can go the day before and look at the cars. It is fun. It is exciting. You have no idea what you are getting. Some auctions will pay you 85% of what you paid if you are not happy in the first 7 days. Not Philly – buy it and its yours..
