    car auction

Some car auctions are open to the public…… you need to pay for the car after you are the high bidder within 24 hours. You don’t know the mechanical condition of the car. Although they may give you a limited warranty.

    Good Luck

Auctions can find you a good deal, or you could get stuck with something that is worse than walking. you may do better buying something private party than from an auction house. Shop around and make sure you (or someone you know and trust) can inspect the vehicle to see what kind of shape it is in before bidding/ buying. The California Highway Patrol sells their old vehicles in West Sacramento. Some of the cars are well used but they always maintain them well. If you were to go that route, I would consider one of the cars that was an “unmmarked” rather than a black and white. I don’t know of any other specific auction houses in the area. Hope this helps.
