I need a car really bad ~ i'm planning to buy a car within a week, but i dun want to buy it from a retailer. My paraent brought a very nice car through Alameda car auction, so i'm thinking if there's more of these kind of auctions. Please tell me, or give me a list. ur own experience would be appraciated. I'm live in Oakland, so don't give me auction that's in LA. Thank you ~ !^^

Just craigslist it up.
My uncle owns a very successful car wholesaler and this is what he told me. (He gets brand new Mercedes and BMW’s at auctions. He knows what to look for.)
Auctions can be pretty awesome and you can get a great deal, but you can end up buying a piece of crap easier than just doing it the old fashioned way.
Go through private sellers and talk them down. Don’t be afraid to ask to pay less. The worst they can do it say no.

My cousion and I got a car from and acution two years ago mines was an 03′ and hers is an 04′ they were both in good condition when we got them and still is, of course nothing beets a brand new car but the is a pretty good second choice, it’s probably best to get it from a dealer who got it from and actution unless you know what your doing. We got ours from an old freind of my mothers, he’s pretty trustworth when it comes to business his place is in Oakland on Fairfax and the lil shop has a white BMW in the WIndow! GOOD LUCK darling!!!
