usually there is an eviction and people like habitat for humanity clear it out, re-vamp it, and put it up for sale.

i know of many houses that have been raided and never once so far have i seen an eviction or a repossesion. even with large amounts of drugs. i think there are laws that allow the government to seize a home if it was used in drug deals but i havnt seen it happen in my experiance. especially not for pot.
